Threads of Glory is committed to protecting the privacy of the teams and families we serve. We collect only the data necessary to facilitate the design and delivery of your apparel:

• Transactional Data: Name, billing address, shipping address, and payment tokens.

• Design Assets: Team logos, jersey mockups, and player rosters (Names/Numbers).

Data Usage and Security

We utilize Shopify’s secure, industry-standard, encrypted gateway for all financial transactions. We do not store credit card numbers on our local servers. Your team’s design assets and rosters are used exclusively for the production of your order and are never sold or shared with third-party marketing entities.

Communication Standards

We utilize your contact information primarily for order-related updates. If you opt in to our newsletter, you may receive occasional updates regarding new sport categories (e.g., Football, Baseball) or seasonal team discounts. You may unsubscribe at any time.
