Acceptance of Terms

By accessing threadsofglory.co and engaging in our custom design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including team managers, coaches, parents, and individual athletes.

Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading team logos, crests, or jersey references, the client warrants that they hold the legal right, trademark, or license to utilize such imagery. Threads of Glory acts solely as a manufacturer and assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from client-provided assets.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Threads of Glory, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for said order.

Marketing and Portfolio Rights

Threads of Glory reserves the right to capture photography or generate digital mockups of completed team orders for use in our "Gallery," social media, and marketing materials. This allows us to showcase the quality of our work to the broader sports community. If your team requires a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) due to a professional sponsorship, please contact us in writing before production begins.
