The Custom Order Protocol

Threads of Glory products are highly personalized assets. Due to the permanent nature of the customization (team names, logos, colors, and individual player rosters), all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has entered the production phase.

Digital Proofing and Client Liability

Prior to manufacturing, a high-resolution digital proof will be sent for your review. Your formal approval of this proof serves as a binding contract. * Accuracy: It is the client’s sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of spelling (names/numbers), logo placement, and color hex codes.

• Resolution: If a client provides low-resolution or pixelated artwork and subsequently approves the digital proof containing that artwork, Threads of Glory assumes no liability for the print quality of the finished garment.

• Non-Returnable Conditions: Items approved with errors present in the proof are not eligible for return, refund, reprint, or credit.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or a physical error that deviates substantially from your approved digital proof, you must notify us at info@threadsofglory.co within seven (7) business days of delivery. Upon verification of the defect, Threads of Glory will, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or credit.
